Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Assist in the onboarding of new clients, helping to understand and document their needs for smooth project initiation.
• Project Coordination: Help ensure the timely delivery of telecom and IT services, working alongside the team to track project progress and manage deadlines.
• Vendor Interaction: Support the procurement process by coordinating with third-party vendors and assisting with securing equipment and services.
• Team Support: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project milestones are met and provide assistance in resolving issues that arise during implementation.
• Documentation: Help maintain accurate records and project documentation, ensuring proper tracking of progress and client communication.
• Client Support: Build relationships with clients, assist with ongoing support, and look for ways to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; ideal for freshers or candidates with limited work experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a collaborative environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Education:

• SPM, STPM, diploma, or degree in any related field is preferred.

In this role, you will engage with both local and international clients, facilitate their onboarding, and oversee the entire project delivery process, ensuring all requirements are met from start to finish

Key Responsibilities:

– Client Engagement:  Assist in onboarding new clients by gathering and communicating their requirements to internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional service.

– Project Delivery:  Coordinate the delivery of telecom network connectivity services, managing timelines, resources, and communication to ensure successful implementation.

– Vendor Collaboration:  Work with third-party vendors to secure necessary equipment and services, fostering strong relationships to enhance project outcomes.

– Support & Coordination:  Collaborate closely with technical teams and vendors to facilitate service delivery and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

– Documentation & Reporting:  Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates on progress, helping to ensure transparency and alignment with client expectations. – Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Requirements:
– Experience in project delivery within the telecom, IT, software development, or digital marketing sectors.

– Proven ability to manage end-to-end project processes and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

The role involves handling the full project lifecycle, from network design to delivery, for both local and international clients requiring telecom services and IT solutions.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design & Implementation: Design and deploy network solutions using equipment and technologies from leading brands like Cisco, Raisecom, Juniper, and Huawei.
• Hands-on Technical Deployment: Lead the installation, configuration, and optimization of telecom and IT networks, ensuring seamless and reliable service delivery.
• Component Integration: Work with a range of networking components including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers from various brands to create scalable, robust network infrastructures.
• Project Planning & Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of network infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and timelines.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to procure and manage network components, ensuring they meet project requirements and are integrated smoothly.
• Client Communication: Act as the main technical point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and resolving any issues related to network infrastructure.
• Expertise with Major Brands: Stay updated on the latest technologies from major brands such as Cisco, Raisecom, Juniper, and Huawei, incorporating them into project designs and solutions.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all network designs and deployments meet industry standards and brand-specific best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, offering detailed progress reports to management and clients.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in network design and implementation, particularly with major brands like Cisco, Raisecom, Juniper, and Huawei.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Expertise in configuring and managing networking components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and network management systems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in network environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
